Spintech has recently announced the launch of its latest VOC-FREE rubber sponge expander. Spintech Hi-Tune is a water based (VOC-FREE) table tennis rubber sponge expander that meets with the new ITTF guidelines. We believe this is one of the best sponge expanders on the market that offers speed/spin glue effect beyond 4 weeks between applications.
When using the Spintech Hi-Tune on a new rubber sponge , it is recommended that you apply atleast two coats of Spintech Hi-Tune in order to achieve best corking and speed glue effect.
How to use:
1) Apply Spintech Hi-Tune on the sponge and let it get abosorbed for approximately 4 hours.
2) Next, apply a heavy coat on the rubber sponge and let it get absorbed for approximately 24 hours. You will notice a pronounced doming effect on the rubber sponge..
3) Now you are ready to use Spintech Aquabond glue to adhere this rubber to your blade of choice.
